As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, engage with tenants and visitors to provide outstanding customer service, and respond promptly to situations as they arise. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by performing security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies within a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, engaging appropriate emergency response activities as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related incidents according to established protocols.

Collaborate with property management and / or building staff to address security-related matters as they arise.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all patrols, incidents, and observed irregularities.

Remain visible and approachable while on patrol to provide assistance and help to deter unwanted behavior.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
