IT Field Adventurer (a.k.a. Tech Wrangler) — we're looking for curious, people-smart techies who want to learn, grow, and get their hands on everything—from desktops to servers to networks to security. If you like variety, you'll love it here.

What You'll Do

• Be the face of IT for our clients - sometimes saving the day, sometimes just explaining why printers really are the devil's invention.
• Troubleshoot, configure, and tinker with all the things : servers, networks, desktops, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and yes, the occasional coffee machine that someone swears is "connected to the internet."
• Talk to clients like an actual human - whether they're happy, stressed, or both at the same time.
• Work onsite and on the phone, keeping things running smoothly and securely.
• Learn a ton — our team will train you on the tools and best practices we live by.
