A company is looking for a Remote Crisis Intervention Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Answer crisis helplines with compassion and document crisis contacts accurately
Assist with triaging crisis contacts and collaborate with coworkers to manage crisis flow
Complete mandatory trainings and participate in ongoing learning for crisis intervention techniques
Required Qualifications
Meet Qualified Mental Health Associate requirements
Knowledge of crisis intervention
Ability to handle high levels of stress
Proficient in a web-based computer environment and multi-line phone system
Strong attendance and punctuality
