Job Summary :

The Distribution Team Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement, storage, and handling of products within the distribution area. This role combines hands-on operational duties—including forklift operation and inventory scanning—with leadership responsibilities to support and guide team members in achieving departmental KPIs and company goals. The Team Lead acts as a key liaison between associates and management, fostering a productive and safety-focused work environment.
