What you will be doing :
Sales Leadership & Management :
- Lead a team of BDRs and SDRs to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Implement and optimize the sales process from initial contact to close
- Conduct regular 1 : 1s and team meetings to provide coaching, remove blockers, and drive performance
- Monitor key metrics including conversion rates, sales cycle length, and win rates
- Develop and execute strategies to improve team productivity and effectiveness
Team Development :
Create and execute onboarding plans for new team membersProvide ongoing training and development opportunitiesConduct regular performance reviews and create individual development plansIdentify and nurture future leaders within the teamPipeline Management :
Ensure effective lead distribution and follow-upMonitor pipeline health and forecast accuracyIdentify bottlenecks in the sales process and implement solutionsCollaborate with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversionProcess Improvement :
Develop and document best practices for inbound and outbound lead handlingOptimize CRM usage and sales toolsCreate and maintain sales playbooks and documentationImplement new technologies and processes to improve efficiencyYour skills and experience :
5+ years of B2B BDR + SDR sales experience2+ years of sales team management experienceProven track record of achieving team revenue targetsExperience with CRM systems and sales technology stackStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellence in sales coaching and developmentPreferred Qualifications :
Experience managing both BDRs and SDRsBackground in inbound sales methodologyExperience with sales operations and process designTrack record of improving team performance metricsBenefits :
Expected salary range is $110,000-$150,000Stock options.Health / dental / vision with majority of premiums paid by the company.401k with company match.
