Job Requirements

Education Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience

RN license in Minnesota (mustHaves : RN MN License)

Certifications Requirements

State RN license (MN License)

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year of LTC or related experience

Strong skills in resident care, assessments, and documentation

Other Requirements

Ability to work a mix of 8's and 12's shifts (day shifts, 6 am - 6 : 30 pm or 6 am - 2 : 30 pm)

Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, including every other weekend

Must pass background and compliance checks

No on-call or callback required

Housing is not provided; candidate is responsible for accommodation

Job Responsibilities

Provide quality Long Term Care (LTC) Nursing to residents in a skilled nursing facility

Perform resident assessments, develop care plans, and monitor patient progress

Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure resident well-being

Document nursing care accurately in EMR systems

Educate residents and families on care plans and health management

Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
