California Licensed Framing Modeler

A company is looking for a VDC - LGS Framing Modeler and Detailer.

Key Responsibilities

Generate high-quality, detailed designs, spool sheets, and installation drawings

Produce wall panel, POD, steel, and MEP component models utilizing design software

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure design intent and installation compliance

Required Qualifications

Expertise with Structsoft, MWF, Onyx, and automation files for manufacturing

Proficiency in Autodesk software, particularly Revit, ACC, and CamDuct

Knowledge of metal stud framing, components, and manufacturing processes

Experience with architectural, structural, and MEPF drawings and details

Familiarity with modular prefabrication and assembly methods
