Job descriptionThe position you have applied for is represented by a labor union. Possible schedule, but subject to change based on customer demand : Monday to Friday, some Saturdays, starting between 12 AM 3 AM, finishing when the work is done, 40+ hours / week, OT opportunity available. Principal location : Crossdock : 330 Mid State Truck Plaza, North Little Rock, AR 72117. Delivering to states : AR, MO and TN. Interstate. Ensure compliance with procedures and regular safety checks of your equipment (tractor, trailer, pallet jack, etc.) to always guarantee safety. Completes daily field service activities, including preparing receipts, truck logs, and maintenance records. Performs all duties as scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch. Must have a CDL-Class A license and having at least one year of proven safe driving experience. Have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID. This role will service a military base facility where it is a federal requirement to have a valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access. Preferred direct store delivery experience (DSD). You must successfully pass our drug test, MVR, and background check. FMCSA's Clearinghouse Registration required. Link to get started provided : FMSCA. Customer-oriented attitude, providing excellent support to key customers. Minimum one year of safe driving experience with no serious driving convictions. DOT requirement to check the last 10 years. Familiarity with Occupational and Safety Health Act (OSHA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, as well as local, state, and federal requirements. Basic understanding of temperature-controlled food transportation. Proficiency in using a smart phone and electronic logging device (ELD) for logging positions and driving times. Able to use a scanner and log deliveries. Flexibility to adapt to changing routes and working schedules. Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and varying temperatures.

Payrate : Hourly payrate $27.10
