We are specifically looking to connect with Associates and Vice Presidents who have a strong Tech / Software M&A background, are based in the SF region, or have family ties to the area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology investment banking experience with transaction execution experience
• Tech / Software M&A experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of a work visa
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence
