At Copain, we bring together the comfort of a neighborhood café with the craft of a true boulangerie, now expanding into full-service dining at our new Ballantyne location. By day, guests will find hand-crafted pastries, naturally leavened breads, and artisan coffee, while in the evening the restaurant transforms into a full-service dining experience. Our approach to food is ingredient driven, seasonal, and rooted in honest cooking, designed to highlight quality and care in every dish.
We are hiring Hosts to join our opening team at Copain Ballantyne. In this role you will welcome and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, answer phones, and assist with keeping the entrance and host stand organized. You will work closely with the management team to ensure every guest has a warm and seamless experience.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Assist with reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
- Seat guests and communicate with the service team to maintain smooth flow of service
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries, reservations, and takeout orders
- Keep the host stand, entrance, and waiting areas clean and organized
- Support opening and closing procedures and complete additional tasks as assigned by management
What You’ll Bring
