Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and support of Global Point of Service systems integrations

Contribute to project artifacts and maintain architecture documentation

Oversee observability and monitoring frameworks for Retail systems and provide subject matter expertise

Required Qualifications

Strong consumer-centric focus with knowledge of retail and omni-channel experiences

Experience in leading change management or transformation initiatives
