Position Summary :
The LPN is responsible for delivering the highest quality of care and services to residents by safely administering medications and treatments, supervising CNAs, and supporting daily living activities. This role ensures compliance with Crouse Community Centers mission and policies while maintaining a safe, organized, and compassionate environment.

Requirements : Qualifications :
Must possess a current license to practice as an LPN
Long term care experience
Must be eligible to work in LTC per the NYS HCS guidelines
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Previous experience working with seniors preferred and desire to serve and care for seniors
Ability to make choices, decisions and act in the residents best interest
Ability to react and remain calm in difficult situations
Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and level of understanding
Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills
