Surgery - Plastic Physician

Healthcare United is actively recruiting a Plastic Surgeon to join a progressive academic health system located near Otsego Lake (Central New York) . We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Plastic Surgeon.

Surgical procedures include breast and reconstructive surgery, flaps, complex wound care, hernia repair, facial trauma reconstruction, hand surgery, micro and peripheral nerve surgery , and cosmetic procedures.

Join a collaborative team with a full support staff, including Advanced Practice Clinicians , and opportunities to teach surgical residents and medical students .

Call responsibilities are limited to the primary hospital , ensuring a focused clinical experience.

Some regional travel to outreach sites will be required.

Enjoy a full-spectrum case mix and work with a diverse patient population .

Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system .

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications :

MD, DO, or MBBS degree.

Board Eligible or Board Certified in Plastic Surgery.

New York State licensure.

BLS certification.

DEA registration required.
