ADA Statement:
While working, counter areas may be hot with steam and food vapors. Employees are typically expected to remain standing for long periods. Tasks include preparing hot and cold foods, using kitchen equipment, and working quickly and accurately under pressure. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and reach across 36-inch counters to serve customers. A fast-paced environment requires effective verbal communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management abilities.
