Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and research industry, is seeking a Document Tech to join their team. As a Document Tech, you will be part of the Records Management Department supporting project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Document Tech

Location : Middleton, WI

Pay Range : $18-20 / hr

Shift : 8 am – 4 pm, Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Process incoming study documents through scanning, imaging, indexing, and filing.
• Perform transfer, archival, or central archival tasks to ensure proper document management.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records in accordance with organizational SOPs and WPDs.
• Support project teams by providing timely and accurate document processing services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant data security and confidentiality standards.
