What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to create a high-performing, member-focused team.
• Set and communicate branch goals, track progress, and drive results.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist members with accounts, consumer loans, and other financial services.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to deepen member relationships.
• Handle complex member service issues with professionalism and care.
• Represent the credit union at community events, networking opportunities, and business development efforts.
