Maintenance Technician

Shift Premium : $3.00-$4.00 / hr

Hours / Shifts (most likely 2nd / 3rd) :

  • (1st shift : 6 : 00am-2 : 00pm)
  • (2nd shift : 2 : 00pm-10 : 00pm)
  • (3rd shift : 10 : 00pm-6 : 00am)

    • Duties & Qualifications

  • Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Repairing electrical and mechanical components on conveyors, mixers, palletizers, packagers, and hydraulic / pneumatic systems.
  • Troubleshooting and checking inputs / outputs of Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing VFDs, proximity sensors, limit switches, photo-eyes, fuses, relays, actuators, contactors.
  • Rewiring and troubleshooting single and three phase motors up to 480v.
  • Repairing gear boxes, shafts, bearings, valves, cylinders, shafts, chains, etc.
  • Fabricating and repairing components using machining or welding.
  • Operating overhead cranes and forklifts.

    The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00 / yr.
