VP of HR
A leading nonprofit organization is seeking a dynamic VP of HR to lead strategic HR initiatives and foster a values-driven, inclusive workplace. This executive role reports directly to the CEO and plays a key part in shaping organizational culture and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead HR strategy aligned with organizational goals and DEI values
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and staff engagement
Manage compensation, benefits, and compliance with labor laws
Drive performance management, coaching, and succession planning
Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning
Supervise HR staff and serve as liaison to the Board's HR Committee
Qualifications :
Master's degree preferred; HR certification (SHRM-SCP / SPHR) strongly preferred
5-10 years of progressive HR leadership experience
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Nonprofit or healthcare experience a plus
