The General Manager will oversee all aspects of a prominent shopping center in Los Angeles County — from daily operations and leasing to marketing, community engagement, and financial performance. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who’s passionate about transforming retail environments and building strong local partnerships.

• Lead day-to-day operations to ensure an exceptional customer and tenant experience
• Oversee budgeting, asset management, and business planning
• Collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to drive traffic and sales
