HVAC Design Engineer :

As a successful commercial HVAC contractor based in North Texas, we are. Seeking to add to our team and needing to hire a licensed, professional HVAC design engineer for design-assist of HVAC projects, conceptual HVAC estimating and quality control / commissioning of on-going HVAC construction on a wide range of commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

Applying candidates must have proven experience in HVAC APPLIED SYSTEM design, including but not limited to :

1. Building envelope / heat load analysis;

2. Mechanical equipment selections;

3. Design of air distribution systems;

4. Design of hydronic piping systems; and

5. Thorough understanding of building automation systems including writing of sequence of operation (SOO) for heating / chilled water central plants and airside operations.

The main emphasis of this position is to utilize HVAC mechanical engineering design experience to generate successful, mechanical construction projects to be built in Texas and the surrounding states.

Qualifications for this position include :

1. Dallas-Metroplex resident candidates only

2. Mechanical engineering degree from an accredited program in the United States

3. State of Texas Professional Engineer License

4. Proven and MEANINGFUL HVAC APPLIED SYSTEM DESIGN

5. Demonstrated successful employment tenure
