We are looking for a Welding Engineer to join our Group and drive improvement, innovation and help Flow USA achieve its desired outcomes for quality, safety, and reliability.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will :

• Take responsibility for ensuring the safety, quality and efficiency of internal welding processes.
• Serve as Local Process Owner (LPO) for Flow USA.
• Confirm all welding activities meet and comply with the required industry standards and codes.
• Provide / facilitate weld theory and hands-on training for internal welders / welding operators according to ASME BPVC. Section IX.
• Proactively identify, plan & assist with implementation of welding process continuous improvement.
• Participate in global networks and activities related to welding and non-destructive / destructive testing.
• Oversee creation of procedure qualifications (PQR), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).
• Where applicable, create and / or refine welding processes, equipment and consumables to achieve the required specifications for quality, safety and reliability.
