KPM is looking for an Lead Maintenance to join the team at our in our Dallas, TX property!
This is a full time position and compensation will range based on experience.
The Lead Maintenance role is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction / rehabilitation projects.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and units
- Coordinate and schedule appropriate safety and skills training for maintenance employees
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
- Oversee maintenance staff, prepare weekly maintenance schedules, and allocate work to appropriate team members
- Contribute to the development of the overall maintenance budget and ensure compliance at the property
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment and replenish as needed
- Perform other duties assigned
Requirements :
300+ units and 3 + years experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or related roleHVAC and EPA certifiedHigh School Diploma or Equivalent requiredCustomer service experienceMust have a valid driver’s licenseBilingual is a plus, but not requiredMust be flexible and dependableMust be a team playerPhysical Requirements / Working Conditions :
Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workdayPush, pull, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, and reach above shouldersMust be able to lift and / or move up to 50 poundsMust be able to work indoors / outdoors or in extreme weather conditionsMust be able to work weekends and / or evenings on a rotating schedule
