Certified Nursing Assistant
Up to a $5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus
Position Summary : As a member of the skilled nursing team, the certified nursing assistant assists the professional nursing staff by providing care that allows the skilled nursing residents to function at their highest level. Services to be provided for residents over 16 years of age regardless of age, race, religion, and cultural background. Majority of services provided for elderly.
Education, License & Cert : High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred. Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification required within 120 days of hire through verified reciprocity or from completion of CNA training program.
Experience : Preferable but not required. Ability to read, write, and understand written and oral communication. Follows universal precautions and utilizes proper body mechanics. Maintains CPR certification. Act 34 (criminal background check).
