Preferred Experience & Qualifications :
Background in education, child care, or behavioral services
High school diploma or higher required
Knowledge of educational accommodations or special education
Capable of following structured routines and documentation
Professional, dependable, and student-focused
Key Responsibilities :
Assist educators in daily classroom routines
Support students with tasks related to learning and behavior
Provide assistance during transitions, activities, and lunch / recess
Deliver support per IEPs or behavior plans under supervision
Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment
