When you join us we expect you to :

  • Oversee and manage all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to our business processes - increasing sales, driving customer focus, building strategic relationships, and reducing operational costs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, client inquiries and escalations.
  • Manage day-to-day business and operations, starting with an audit and analysis of existing processes, systems and technology, making recommendations for proposed new best practices and spearheading consensus-building among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of accountability by developing standard team KPIs, tracking progress and regularly measuring results. Maintain a consistent feedback loop among employees and management to align on expectations and performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to all team members and create structured training schedules for new hires, CE credits, and cross-training for employee career development.
  • Participate in client meetings and review major client deliverables to ensure goals and quality standards are met.
  • Recruit, onboard, train and retain a team of associates - developing their skills, holding performance reviews, and managing their workload.
  • Cultivate and maintain regular communication with carriers, clients, and internal cross-functional teams.
