Job descriptionMaintains an up-to-date inventory of equipment and supplies and coordinates deliveries / returns for education events. Cleans or assists in the cleaning of technical equipment through established protocols and / or instrumentation Instructions For Use. Orders and receives specimens, supplies, and equipment for all events. Maintains a presence in specified events, assisting faculty and learners with equipment, supply, and basic A / V needs. Communicates Surgical Skills Lab and specimen prover policies to faculty and learners. Prepares cadaver specimens for teaching purposes. Responsible for clean-up after events according to established procedures. Coordinates additional / special request cleaning of spaces with the housekeeping manager. Some administrative duties as assigned Work hours vary to include some early morning, evening, and Saturday events.
Minimum Education :
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be required.
Required Experience :
Years of relevant experience required : 4 years of relevant experience.
The successful candidate will assist the Associate director in day to day responsibilities in the Surgical Skills Lab, a world class surgical education and research space.
