Diagnose and Troubleshoot material, mechanical, and electrical failures Develop and coordinate a project work scope, complete with a task and parts list Develop a project schedule, taking into consideration the tasks involved and the order in which these tasks need to be completed Manage a project to a schedule efficiently, having the ability to recover from delays is required Conduct routine and special inspections, as required. Understand systems, with the ability to trace systems and install and commission complex components (engines, pumps, motors, blowers) Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and other specifications to determine the feasibility and method of repairing or replacing components. Maintain schedule reports, repair logs, and other project documentation Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationships with internal customers and co-workers. High school diploma, or equivalent Vocational training or technical associate degree is preferred A minimum of 3 years in manufacturing and service Ability to drive Semi truck is a plus ASME certification is A plus Able to perform routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed Able to troubleshoot, determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it Able to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions Possess solid foundation of mechanical aptitude and ability Solid welding and assembly skills required Able to test tanks Possess knowledge of brakes, airlines and trailer electrical systems Possess basic hydraulic knowledge Must be able to work safety and comply with DOT regulations

This position requires skills in welding, grinding, fabrication, and electrical, in order to efficiently repair tank trailers in a world-class manner. This position also requires mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting experience, and inspection and communication abilities. This is a fast-paced but rewarding work environment and will require accountability while working together in teams. Pay Depends on Exp.
