We provide customers with products and solutions within Fluid Power Fluid Process Fluid Conveyance General Industrial Components and Industrial Service & Repair.

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Talent Acquisition professional to join our team in Addison IL . In this role youll drive recruitment efforts for our Industrial Sales teams partnering closely with leaders to attract and hire top talent. Youll be part of a high-performing recruiting team that plays a visible strategic role in the companys success.

Please note this role is ONSITE in Addison IL

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of recruiting experience ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization skills a high sense of urgency and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and leverage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
• A hunter mentality with a competitive drive for successboth individually and as part of a team
