Some things you can expect from our work environment :

Overview

As Operations Manager, you will oversee Mountainys daily operations across 3PL fulfillment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and client satisfaction. You will lead fulfillment, inventory, and warehouse optimization efforts while partnering closely with leadership to drive continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to create scalable processes that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and evaluate the fulfillment team, providing clear feedback, coaching, and conflict resolution.

Oversee order fulfillment operations to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality (target : ~30 orders per hour per person,

Oversee client inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.

Design and maintain warehouse layout for maximum space efficiency and workflow optimization.

Monitor and optimize operational processes, identifying opportunities to improve throughput, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Communicate with Production Manager and Account Managers to align on client needs, order timelines, and quality expectations.

Uphold and enforce safety policies and standards to protect employees and ensure compliance.
