I’m building STANDARD — a high-discipline, high-performance brand in the lead / call space.

We don’t want a content creator.

We want someone to capture the build. The systems. The mindset. The Standard.

This role is perfect for a cinematic visual operator who can shoot fast, edit clean, and make every clip feel like it belongs in a Nike film or a Bourdain episode.

What You’ll Be Doing (8 hrs / week) :

• ? Shoot (2–4 hrs / week) :
• BTS of strategy, ops, whiteboarding, focus work
• Founder lifestyle (training, movement, rituals)
• Visual tension, silence, power — not just energy

$50 / hr based on skill + taste
