Job descriptionPursing a set of personal lines leads given by management with the goal of writing new business Leads will primarily focus on homeowners policies with some auto as well Producer may also find their own leads, but this is not a requirement Goal is to generate 25 new business quotes / week Will also be responsible for some renewals 2+ years' experience as a Customer Service Rep. or Producer in Personal Lines FL 4-40 or 2-20 license required Must be able to work in-person 9-5 in Doral, FL English / Spanish Bilingual preferred Base salary in the 40k - 50k / year range Commission on any policies written on your own leads Benefits include vision and dental insurance, short term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, 401k with a 3% match, and PTO
