Our client, a respected super-regional law firm, is seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate with 4 to 6 years of experience, including a strong background in labor and employment law, to join their Tampa office.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of litigation, both independently and in collaboration with a team

Draft legal documents, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and represent clients in court

Provide strategic counsel to clients on employment-related matters

Qualifications :

4 to 6 years of litigation experience with a focus on labor and employment

Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload proactively and effectively

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong academic credentials

Active Florida Bar license required
