WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Dental Call Center Rep, you'll be speaking with patients over the phone, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and providing high-quality customer service. You'll need a polite attitude and close attention to detail as you answer incoming phone calls, manage appointments, and enter data into our CRM. You'll also make outbound phone calls to follow up with leads and encourage them to schedule an appointment. Working closely with your call center team, you'll help keep our patients happy and our workdays smooth and efficient!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • 1+ years of experience in a call center, customer service, retail sales, or dental office position
  • High-speed internet, up-to-date Windows computer, and two monitors (to use for the first 30 days) so you can work from home
  • Ability to learn new processes and quickly adapt to changes
  • Ability to use / learn software like GoHighLevel, Dentrix, Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
  • Love for helping others and talking to all kinds of people
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Genuine desire to work hard and succeed
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, professional, and reliable attitude
  • Bilingual fluency in English / Spanish would be a huge bonus!

    • YOUR HOURS

    You'll have a standard 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule with the ability to work from home !
