Growing Cleveland Company is looking for entry level Industrial General Laborers.

PAY : $17.20 / hr with a raise to $19.21 after 90 days with good performance and attendance

SHIFT : 3rd 10 pm to 6 : 30 am with potential OT

Duties Include :

• Perform general labor duties such as loading and unloading materials, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
• Assist with the assembly, production, and packaging of products as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Inspect equipment and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor.
• Help maintain inventory and organize materials and supplies.
• Participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet deadlines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
