📢 Your Role : What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate and close roofing sales opportunities
  • Perform roof inspections and assess damage
  • Present tailored solutions with honesty and clarity
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth client experience
  • Stay sharp on roofing systems, trends, and products
  • Work with a driven team to exceed goals and celebrate wins

    • 📌 Minimum Requirements

  • ✅ 2+ years of proven sales experience (roofing / construction a plus)
  • ✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • ✅ Able to safely inspect residential rooftops
  • ✅ Strong drive for commission-based earnings
  • ✅ Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
