Interview Process : 2 rounds (1st with Architect, 2nd with team panel)

Overview :

We are seeking an AWS Architect IV to join Client's centralized observability platform team. This group is responsible for providing logging, metrics, and monitoring solutions that power production applications and AI systems across all Client subsidiaries. The Architect will be the lead AWS resource, designing robust, scalable cloud architectures while collaborating with developers and other observability architects to optimize existing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement AWS cloud architectures to support observability and monitoring solutions.

Review current systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other architects to align architecture with business and technical needs.

Lead design discussions and provide guidance on observability tools, integrations, and cloud-native practices.

Support CI / CD pipeline development, automation, and cloud deployment strategies.

Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and resiliency are embedded in all solutions.

Top Skills Required :

Proven AWS Architect experience (designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions).

Strong knowledge of observability tools (ElasticSearch, OpenTelemetry).

Hands-on experience with CI / CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform / Ansible, and automation frameworks.

Background in system health monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting in large-scale environments.

Strong communication skills with ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred :

4+ years professional DevOps / Cloud Architecture experience.

Strong Linux / Unix administration background.

Familiarity with databases (Postgres, MySQL, Redis) and microservices architecture.

Experience in Agile development environments.
