In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and demonstrate effective team management skills.

Duties

• Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff and servers to deliver excellent service.
• Manage shift operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality and presentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Utilize POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
• Support catering operations as needed, coordinating events and catering services.
