Schedule : 5x8s | 40 hours / week

Open Positions :

2 Travelers : Rotating Day / Evening Shifts (7a–3 : 30p and 3p–11 : 30p)

1 Traveler : Night Shift (11p–7 : 30a)

Details :

40 hours per week for all positions

Shift times may be negotiable; please discuss with the manager

On-Call : None

Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend minimum (Travelers available every weekend or most weekends are highly preferred but not required)

Requirements :

Active Connecticut RN License

BLS Certification (AHA)

Minimum 1+ years of psychiatric nursing experience with adults

Overview :

The Psychiatric Registered Nurse provides patient-centered care to adults in an inpatient behavioral health setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including physicians, counselors, and social workers—is essential to support patient stabilization and recovery.
