The new CEO will lead this next chapter. Working closely with an engaged Board, City partners, businesses, and residents, the CEO will guide strategic initiatives that bring energy and innovation to the Promenade and surrounding blocks. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a visionary and entrepreneurial leader who understands the evolving nature of urban districts. The right candidate will be excellent at building relationships, economic development and engage in revenue generation and organizational growth.

The CEO reports to the DTSM Board of Directors and leads a talented staff and team of vendors and contractors. The CEO provides overall strategic direction, financial leadership, and organizational management to advance DTSM’s mission : keeping Downtown Santa Monica clean, safe, welcoming, and economically strong.
