Schedule : Full-time
Location : Toledo Market, this position is a hybrid role meaning there are some remote days and other days will require you to be onsite with our Monclova, OH and Perrysburg, OH. This position will require you to live in a drivable distance to the Toledo market.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule Management
Build, publish, and maintain accurate master and daily schedules across assigned locations and departmentsEnsure schedules support PPD targets, staffing standards, and evolving census needs.Monitor and manage open shifts, working with leadership and internal float pool to ensure coverage.Maintain master roster and tracking tools to ensure data accuracy.Enforce scheduling policies and partner expectations across locations.Support & Optimization
Serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling systems and labor management tools.Conduct training for site leaders and support team members to ensure confident use of scheduling platforms.Review labor reports, identify inefficiencies, and suggest practical improvements.Communication & Collaboration
Serve as liaison between campus leaders and the Home Office to ensure scheduling alignment.Provide timely, clear, and professional communication regarding schedule changes, updates, and guidance.Participate in regular meetings with site and regional teams to review progress and address challenges.Workforce Analytics & Improvement
Analyze scheduling trends (e.g., call-offs, overtime) and recommend data-driven solutions.Contribute to standard work development, policy enhancements, and automation opportunities.Assist with ad hoc workforce-related tasks including interview coordination, payroll based journal reviews, and reporting support.Qualifications
Education : High School Diploma or relevant experienceExperience :Minimum 2 years of scheduling, workforce management, or operations experience
Healthcare or multi-site experience strongly preferred.Qualifications :Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and HRIS or scheduling platforms.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.A commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.BENEFITS
