We are seeking talented performance marketers to join our fast-paced team and drive results across multiple digital channels. The scope of our work is constantly evolving, but typically includes the following specialties :

You should be skilled in developing compelling marketing strategies that engage target audiences and drive consumers to act. This role offers the opportunity to work with category leading brands while staying at the forefront of digital marketing innovation in a collaborative agency environment.
You'll do :
Paid Social & SearchProvide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments as they impact the social media / paid search landscapeLaunch ad campaigns across paid social and paid search for many clientsBecome an expert on our clients' brands and goals and develop creative solutions that boost the brand's reputation and conversionsSearch Engine Optimization (SEO)Drive content marketing initiatives for NoGood as well as NoGood's partners.Understanding data in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc, to identify why organic traffic is increasing / not increasing / staying the same and develop an actionable plan to achieve higher traffic month over month.Leverage keyword and competitor research to formulate a content calendar for each of our clients (must be able to identify the low hanging fruit to drive organic traffic quickly).Lifecycle MarketingOwn email, SMS, and other retention programs to nurture users throughout the customer journey.Segment audiences and create personalized campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.Build automated flows and test messaging strategies for maximum impact.Community ManagementCreating multi-channel brand awareness strategies for a variety of clients and NoGoodExperimenting with different content creation styles (from video to copy) and bringing your unique POV into the mixAnalyzing and reporting on content performance across multiple social platforms to regularly inform strategyRequirements
You have :
Paid MediaMinimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Social (Meta platforms, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.)Minimum 3+ years of experience of Paid Search (Google ads and Bing ads)Minimum 3+ years of experience in CRO.Hands-to-keyboard experience managing campaign setup, targeting, bidding, and ongoing optimization to hit CPA, ROAS, and other growth goals.Lead A / B and multivariate testing to continuously improve conversion rates and user acquisition funnelsSpent at least 7 figures in ad spend ($1 million - $10 million minimum) across your career. The more experience you have on spending (and spending efficiently, the better)Expertise with the intersection of paid, owned and earned media in social and search campaign orchestration.SEO / AEO / GEOMinimum 3+ years in SEO, content strategy, search marketing, or growth roles (AEO / GEO experience a major plus).Ability to think at both the technical (structured data, AI crawlers, entity SEO) and strategic (brand narrative, growth) levels.Experience with Google Custom Search, Google Search Console and Google Analytics and experience creating and maintaining project schedules using project management systemsExperience using Screaming Frog, SEMRush, MOZ, Ahrefs, and other SEO toolsAdequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScriptContent Marketing1+ years of content marketing in driving high volume of organic traffic growth (big plus if you also have SEO experience!).Strong editorial background that enables you to review, optimize and publish content at a fast pace.Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities for creating data-driven content insights.Experience with Google Custom Search, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.Experience creating and maintaining content calendars and project schedules using a project management system.Lifecycle MarketingMinimum 3+ years experience developing and executing a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy to drive user engagement, retention, and reactivation.Minimum 3+ years experience managing and optimizing multi-channel CRM programs (email, SMS, in-app, etc).Proven experience building automated journeys and campaigns that guide users from activation through renewal or repurchase.Deep understanding of email and SMS marketing strategy, automation, and segmentation.Hands-on experience with lifecycle tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Customer.io.Experience running A / B and multivariate tests and using data to inform optimization.Knowledge of user journey mapping, customer segmentation, and behavioral triggers.Community ManagementMinimum 3+ years experience building engaged brand communities on social media channels including Meta, TikTok, X, Youtube, LinkedIn, etc.A good pulse on the language of the Internet and understanding of the subcultures / trends of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc. You demonstrate an excellent knowledge of internet culture and the latest social media news, platforms, and updatesExperience in organic social management and the ability to help activate campaigns in the space.A strong creator persona, style, and content approach.Strong copywriting skills when it comes to both long and short-form copy.Experience working with or managing content creators.Paid media and SEO experience is a major plus!Hands-on experience creating viral, high-performing short-form video content is a plus!Baseline skills for all NoGoodies :
