Overview : Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to join our transportation team! Working as a full-time driver (DOT - CDL), you will represent our fleet as you deliver to / from Fastenal distribution centers and branches. You will operate a safe, well-maintained and late model tractor trailer or straight truck. Delivery trucks are pre-loaded, in order of delivery, by warehouse employees prior to departure and most routes average 1-2 stops. Responsibilities :

• Providing excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering product in a prompt, efficient manner
• Utilizing a handheld scanner
• Unloading product from trucks by hand, pallet jack, or by forklift
• Interacting with our shipping and receiving departments
• Maintaining a clean work environment within our equipment
• Inspecting and reporting defects or issues in equipment
• Complying with DOT and Fastenal safety regulations
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
• Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
• Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
• Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
