Patient Care Planning

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive nursing care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient. This includes identifying key health issues, establishing realistic treatment objectives, and creating tailored interventions to promote optimal outcomes.

As a nurse in this role, you will also be expected to :

Implement patient care plans and adjust them as needed to reflect changes in patient status or treatment goals.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement holistic care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding of care plans and progress.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication regimens.

Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements : ">

Education

">

A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

">

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred but not required.

Experience

">

A minimum of six months to one year of experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
