Patient Care Planning

As a nurse in this role, you will also be expected to :

Implement patient care plans and adjust them as needed to reflect changes in patient status or treatment goals.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding of care plans and progress.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and medication regimens.

Requirements : ">
Education
">
A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred but not required.

Experience
">
A minimum of six months to one year of experience as a licensed RN in an acute care setting.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
