Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Resolution Manager to manage claims and provide exceptional service to clients and claimants.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine the appropriate course of action for resolution

Engage with various parties involved in the claims process to ensure effective communication and resolution

Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support claim outcomes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 5 years related claims experience

Active Adjusters' licenses in applicable states

Knowledge of industry standards and practices

Computer experience with claims and business software
