Location : Garden City, NY Salary Range : $100K - $115K

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Accountant (CPA) to take the lead in driving our accounting and finance operations. In this role, you'll oversee multi-entity reporting, manage physician compensation programs, and ensure compliance across a complex organization. What You'll Do

• Lead the preparation and review of interim and annual financial statements, journal entries, allocations, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activity.
• Manage and mentor the General Accounting team.
• Reconcile accounts and oversee allocations, including physician corporate costs.
• Administer compensation and contracts for 200 physicians (employed and 1099), ensuring compliance.
• Partner with auditors and accountants on tax and audit matters.
• Prepare quarterly and annual federal and state tax returns for affiliated entities.
• Develop and oversee budgets across multiple entities.
• Approve check requests and manage ad hoc financial projects.
• Safeguard confidentiality and uphold organizational financial standards.
