\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a MedSurg / Tele Float Pool Nurse to join our team for the night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in various medical and surgical units, with the ability to provide high-quality patient care across multiple specialties.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Provide direct patient care in the MedSurg / Tele Float Pool, adhering to established protocols and best practices.

    • \n

  • Float to various units as needed, primarily 6N, 7N, and other assigned areas.

    • \n

  • Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, supporting treatment protocols as necessary.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Must have current BLS and ACLS certifications.

    • \n

  • Experience in telemetry monitoring and ability to pass a cardiac rhythm exam.

    • \n

  • Prior nursing experience in MedSurg or similar settings is required.

    • \n

  • Must be able to interpret cardiac strips; no drip titration required.
