Senior Distribution Center Operations Manager

A leading national industrial distributor seeks a highly experienced Senior Distribution Center Operations Manager in Southaven, MS . This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-volume, multi-shift order fulfillment center. Salary for this role is $115k-$130k.

You will provide direct leadership to up to four exempt managers and indirect leadership to a large non-exempt team. You'll own metrics for safety, quality, and cost, ensuring accurate product flow, resource optimization, and budget adherence. We need a leader focused on continuous improvement and developing an empowered, high-performing culture.

Responsibilities include :

• Driving operational performance, quality, and positive employee relations.
• Implementing staffing and engagement strategies.
• Coaching and developing salaried managers.
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations.
