Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the planning and construction of refrigerator thermal management technology and system simulation platform, and cooperate with research engineers in the direction of fluid mechanics, solid mechanics and thermodynamics to plan the roadmap and specific implementation plan of the next generation of refrigerator thermal management and refrigeration technology;
  • Lead the establishment, implementation and achievement transformation of thermal management and refrigeration cutting-edge technology research projects, and be fully responsible for the research and development of refrigerator thermal management technology, including the underlying development of high-precision basic simulation models such as compressors, heat exchangers, and throttling components;
  • Responsible for the establishment of high-precision basic model library and calibration method, including the development process and specification of high-precision model;
  • Responsible for the promotion and application of the dynamic simulation platform, and promote the cultivation of thermal management and refrigeration system simulation seed players in the refrigerator division;
  • Responsible for promoting technical research and development cooperation with universities and institutes and advantageous enterprises in the fields of refrigeration technology and system simulation;
  • Responsible for simulating the global business breakthrough of the marketing team and the development team.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. degree or above, major in refrigeration principle, engineering thermodynamics, power engineering and engineering thermophysics, energy and power engineering, software programming;
  • Have more than 10 years of experience in refrigeration system simulation, at least proficient in using the following commercial simulation software : EnergyPlus, AMESim, Dymola, TranSys, GREATLAB, modelica, Coildesigner, and master at least one of the mainstream programming languages such as matlab, python, VC, and C++;
  • Familiar with the underlying development of high-precision simulation models such as compressors, heat exchangers, throttling components, etc., and the establishment of basic model calibration methods, with good language expression, judgment, analysis and understanding skills;
  • Workers who have been engaged in heat exchanger performance simulation, compressor performance simulation, refrigeration system simulation, refrigeration system simulation platform development and other related workers are preferred;
  • Good sense of personal responsibility and good teamwork skills, with independent English speaking, English writing and communication skills. Oral and English written communication skills.
