Job Type : W2, 12-month Contract

Job Location : Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA or Redmond, WA

Pay Rate : $67 - $68 per hour

Summary

The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers and project teams by ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely completion of all project tasks. This role focuses on optimizing processes and maintaining project momentum for the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and assemble project teams; coordinate activities.
• Develop detailed work plans, project estimates, status reports, and tracking / analysis.
• Perform economic and other analyses to achieve least-cost solutions.
• Manage critical milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support procurement, including PO issues, tracking, and shipping logistics.
• Assist with internal hardware device allocation and distribution.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers and Engineering Leads for budget management.
• Support build matrix development and hardware bill of materials (BOM) management, including engineering changes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver excellent customer service.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently under minimal guidance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Additional Requirements

• Proven track record in budget management.
• Previous experience working with APAC vendors (Asia-Pacific region suppliers).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
