Immediate need for a talented Lean Business Process Engineer with Insurance and P&C experience. This is a 10+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Antonio, TX (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range : $40 - $44 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing processes.
• Designing and implementing solutions : Develop and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.
• Undertake short-term or long-term projects to address a variety of issues and needs
• Meet with management or appropriate staff to understand their requirements
• Use interviews, surveys etc. to collect necessary data
• Conduct situational and data analysis to identify and understand a problem or issue
• Present and explain findings to appropriate executives
• Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to objectives
• Formulate plans to implement recommendations and overcome objections
• Evaluate the situation periodically and make adjustments when needed
• Thorough knowledge of field of expertise and willingness to keep abreast of advancements.
